Starter Kit Privacy
This notice covers requests for the free AI Chief of Staff Starter Kit on Monika Philp’s website.
What we collect
Your email address, required first name, request source and request time. We may store bounded campaign labels (UTM source, medium and campaign), not your full browsing URL or unrelated query information. A private random token supports opt-out confirmation. Requests and opt-outs are retained as an audit record.
Why and where
We use these details to give you instant access to the free PDF and to email you the download link. Requesting the Starter Kit does not sign you up for marketing emails. Records are stored privately in Lovable Cloud’s database. Your email and first name are also added to Monika Philp’s Systeme.io account as a contact tagged for this resource, which triggers one email from info@monikaphilp.com with your download link; repeat requests do not resend it. Contacts are not added to any campaign or follow-up sequence.
Your choices
A private opt-out link requires you to confirm before your status changes. To opt out or request deletion now, email info@monikaphilp.com from the address you used. Requesting the Starter Kit again does not reverse an opt-out, and duplicate requests do not create duplicate records.
Owner marketing exports include only people who gave separate marketing consent, and exclude opted-out entries and marked synthetic test records. The original PDF is unchanged; this notice does not describe the separate privacy practices of AI tools you choose to use.
MONIKAI AI Employee Starter Kit
This separate kit requires first name and email to save your request and give you immediate access to three assistants on this website. We store the resource requested, request times and bounded UTM campaign labels privately in Lovable Cloud, using the same subscriber identity and opt-out controls described above.
Ongoing practical AI tips and occasional offers are a separate, optional checkbox, unchecked by default. If you choose it, we record the exact wording, version and consent time for this resource. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent access, revoke existing consent or grant new marketing consent. A new request never reverses an existing opt-out.
Eligible requests add your first name and email to Monika’s Systeme.io account with a separate AI Employee Starter Kit resource tag, not a marketing permission tag. Contacts already opted out locally or in Systeme.io are not tagged or resubscribed. Email delivery for this kit is not configured. Requests do not use the Chief of Staff tag, send its guide email or enroll you in any campaign. Immediate access includes copyable prompts, a downloadable text guide and a print option you can use to save a PDF. Please keep a copy; access is not an account or cloud-synced library.
To opt out of tips or request deletion, contact info@monikaphilp.com from your request address. The existing confirmed opt-out link applies across all resources. Only separately consenting, non-test, non-opted-out requests are eligible for future tips; no tips automation is configured by this request.
AI Photoshoot Playbook sign-up
The free sign-up page asks for first name and email. We privately save a resource-specific request, request times and bounded UTM labels in Lovable Cloud before showing the link to the playbook. The playbook itself stays publicly available. Subscriber identity and global opt-out controls are shared with the other resources.
Photoshoot and content tips are optional and unchecked by default; if selected while not opted out, the wording, version and time are recorded separately. No request reverses an opt-out. No email, tag, campaign or external synchronization is connected to this request.
AI Content Studio Starter Kit
This separate free PDF requires first name and email. We privately save a resource-specific request, request times and bounded UTM source, medium and campaign labels in Lovable Cloud before showing its download link. Subscriber identity and global opt-out controls are shared with the other resources.
Practical AI content tips and occasional offers are optional, unchecked by default. If selected while not opted out, we record the wording, version and time for this resource separately. An unchecked repeat does not revoke previous consent; no request overwrites other consent or reverses an opt-out. Global opt-out prevents future tips across resources, but does not prevent access to this requested PDF.
Email delivery and optional tips for this kit are not connected yet. No contact is synchronized, tagged or enrolled in an email campaign by this request. Save your downloaded copy. This is not an account or a hosted generation service; tools you choose have their own privacy practices.
The private owner request export excludes synthetic tests and distinguishes resource-only requests from optional consent. Any future tips list must also exclude opted-out people. To opt out or request deletion, contact info@monikaphilp.com from your request address.
