Chief of Staff: Weekly Planning Prompt
Treat your AI assistant like a thoughtful chief of staff. You bring the raw list; it helps you sort what matters, what can wait and what to delegate. You still make every decision.
- Best for
- Executives, founders, busy managers
- Time
- 15 minutes each week
How to use it
- 1Gather your calendar for the week, open tasks and any deadlines in one place (a note or document).
- 2Remove confidential details—client names, financials, personal information—or replace them with general labels.
- 3Copy the prompt below into your AI tool and paste your list where indicated.
- 4Review the plan it returns. Challenge anything that does not fit your real priorities and ask it to revise.
- 5Move the final plan into your calendar or task manager. Repeat at the same time each week.
